I have been a real estate agent since 2017, and prior to my real estate career I spent many years in mortgage banking doing everything from processing, to underwriting, to complaint resolution and root cause analysis. Over the course of time and experiences, I have come to value process, and collaboration above all in my business. My change to REAL Broker was based primarily on the value REAL places on collaboration, and the well being and individual growth of the agent community. There is a focus here on agents teaching each other the processes, procedures, technology and mindset to grow their businesses and their lives beyond real estate. I have found more genuinely kind and collaborative agents at this brokerage over any others I have come across.
